Though we are located outside of Compu-Cure’s service area, we were able to figure out a way to work together so they could address our IT needs. The remote support plan we have works great because it gives me the assurance that someone's reviewing our network on a regular basis and making sure everything is running smoothly. We've had some backup problems and emergency situations in the past and our IT Professional responded quickly and came to our office to resolve the issues that couldn't be handled remotely.
